# How to Submit and Track a Support Request

### **Submit a Support Request**

If you need assistance from the Pixcell Support team, you can submit a support request through our support form.

### What Information Should I Include?

Please provide:

- Your name
- Business email
- Company
- Issue category
- Description of the issue
- Priority or urgency
- Any relevant attachments

The more information you provide, the easier it is for our team to investigate the issue.

### What Happens After Submission?

Once your request has been submitted:

1. A support ticket is created.
2. The ticket is assigned to a Support representative.
3. Our team reviews the request.
4. The Support representative investigates the issue.
5. You may be contacted if additional information is required.
6. Once the issue has been resolved, the ticket will be marked as **Resolved**.

If you believe the issue has not been resolved, please respond to the support conversation so our team can review it again.
